Is it November already? Where did October go? It was a blur to me - although I do remember a few days of cooler weather, even if they didn't last long. But November is one of my favorite months. I love the fall smells and colors and Thanksgiving is my absolute favorite holiday. My chickens love Thanksgiving dinner so I have the joy of having them all over at my house, having them eat too much and then falling on the couch to watch Football games. Small Business Saturday The second best part of Thanksgiving is the shopping of course! Black Friday is the day to get great deals, if you can handle the crowds! Saturday Nov. 25 is considered Small Business Saturday where consumers are encouraged to shop local businesses. A day to show your love to the mom & pop's of your community. My boutique will be open from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm and I am super excited about it and can't wait to spoil my customers:

Speaking of Christmas Mini's... This time of year is so busy for us all. It is soooo hard to schedule anything, especially photo shoots. Everyone wants pictures for their Christmas cards and for gifts. I am decorating my studio for Merry & Bright Christmas Mini Shoots! I am inspired by lots of sparkle so I am using gold and white as my color palette. I set up three days for my mini's and one has already filled up so I am opening a fourth date! The dates are:
Thursday, Dec 7 Friday, Dec 8 Sunday, Dec 10
I also have a few weekdays open so let me know if I can accommodate you! Oh and the price is ONLY $65!!!!
Giving back ~ ~ I always love to give back to my community. From December 1 through December 10, I will be collecting toys for the local Toys for Tots program. Anyone who brings in a toy will receive 25% off anything in my boutique!!
One last thing... I give thanks to God everyday. I heard the following quote recently: "What if we only had today what we gave thanks for yesterday?" Giving thanks brings us into God's presence. The bible says "“Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.” -Psalm 100:4. One thing I am truly thankful for is this amazing life I get to live. Besides my beloved family, I have this career I never even knew I wanted. My favorite part of my career is the precious people I get to work with. I have the very best clients & associates whom I cherish and appreciate every single day. That is YOU. When I say I love you - I mean it with every ounce of my being. I pray you all have a month filled with good food, wonderful family gatherings and most of all LOVE.
