Brian & Amanda's Wedding at Raisin L Ranch

God showed his love to Brian & Amanda. The forecast showed heavy rains headed our way. The sky was dark and lighting could be seen in the distance. My husband Timmy kept texting me - "it's coming your way!" But there was lots of prayer going on - including me. Lots. The wedding ceremony was scheduled to happen outdoor on the beautiful grounds at Raisin L Ranch. God heard. He did not allow one drop of rain to come down on this sweet outdoor ceremony. God was all around us. My eyes teared up as I watched Amanda come down the aisle on the arm of her daddy smiling at the love of her life. We listened as they exchanged vows to love one another forever. We watched as they filled the sand box to symbolize the joining of their lives. It was all so perfect. Even the surrounding animals were happy - the neighboring donkey hee-hawed as Pastor Eli Sauceda blessed the couple with prayer! Only after the ceremony was over and everyone was safely inside did the rain come down. Proof of God's love.

Brian & Amanda are high school sweethearts who are so easy and relaxed around one another. They share a love for fishing and from the sounds of the best man's speech, Amanda can out fish them all! And what a surprise to me that I just learned that I knew some of her family. Her grandmother and aunt sit behind us in church every Sunday! We were all pointing at each other with sentences starting with "I didn't know...."!

Amanda & Brian incorporated their love for the water with a super cool turquoise & coral nautical theme. Bash Celebrations worked so hard to make sure everything was completely perfect. DJ Big Drew kept the party lively with a cool variety of music. And you know you can't go wrong when Mumphord's is your caterer! And of course Morgan from Make Me Chic Salon had Amanda's beautiful long hair curled to perfection. She always does such a good job. And to complete the day - the gorgeous cakes were provided by Heidy's Cakes & More. Their day was truly flawless.

I left this wedding with a big piece of wedding cake and a content, happy feeling. Amanda & Brian have such a fun and sweet family. Thank you both for the honor of documenting your first day as husband and wife. I am truly grateful and wish you a lifetime of love, happiness and the pitter patter of little feet. As Amanda says "All in the Lord's good time" Love you guys.
