Father-Daughter Dance

Whenever I photograph an event, I'm usually happy and smiling. But I don't think I've ever smiled NON-STOP as I did during Faith Family Church Father-Daughter dance. That is the coolest thing I've ever had the privilege to attend! I think there is nothing more precious than the relationship between a father and his daughter. It warmed my heart to watch these daddies be so sweet to their daughters. These men were the perfect date. They treated their little girls like a princess. These girls are going to grow up and know exactly how a man is supposed to treat her! Every time I watch my son be so sweet to his daughters, I think of Jack Ingram's song "Measure of a Man". And every dad present this night fit this song!

I have to admit that this is not my best photo shoot ever. The lighting was overhead and dim so I had to use my flash which created shadows. I hate shadows in my pics. I hope the dads can accept my apology. I am carefully editing each pic to create the best possible picture.

This is a picture of my handsome son and his beautiful princess. My heart swells with pride - shadows and all.
