When you are this handsome and accomplished, one photo shoot isn't enough, you have to have two!!  Meet Michael, a Victoria East High School senior.

Michael is quiet, reserved and thoughtful.  He and I had a heck of a time with his outdoor photo shoot because it was a super windy day.  While his hair was ruffled, he never was.  He was so patient as I moved him around, trying to find a direction that wouldn't blow his hair across his head!!! 

Michael's parents wanted to showcase his talent in a more formal venue.    So they booked a second session at the elegant  historic Hause Venue.   It was the perfect backdrop for this session.  We used every inch of this venue!  My favorite part?  When we were on the 3rd floor and Michael played a few bars of "A Thousand Ye...

Yvette tagged along with her sister-in-law who was coming to see me about a cake smash.  She was looking for someone to do her bridals before her wedding which was coming up fast.  I pulled out my trusty planner and we found a date that would work for both of us.

When I was a teenager one of my favorite places to go was Hauschild Music Store.  I dreamed of one day owning a shiny, black baby grand piano.  I would just spending hours at the store looking at pianos, organs and sheet music.   I was often joined by my best friend Debbie and we now talk about those days and laugh about how geeky we were.   I also often dragged my parents there to show them the baby grands and tell them how badly I wanted one.   They never bought me that but I did get an upright piano and a really cool organ that played different beats & sounds while I played.  

Hauschild Music store closed its doors years ago.   I always loved that old building in downtown Victoria.   So imagine my joy when I learned that we would be shooting K...
